hi,
Today I got the Dutch doll and teddybear magazine with the post.
And I saw a nice article about the DABIDA-day, but fell almost of my chair.
A picture of my piece, for the DABIDA-award, was showing huge on the pages.
That was a big surprise.
Love, Andrea

Dabida Award 2013
hi,
In a previous post, I shared with you that my piece, midsummer dance, was one of the three entries that was going to compete for the Dabida award 2013. I now can let you all know that my piece won the second place! I'm so proud and blown away by the fact this really happened.
All three of the entries were beautiful and so different from another.
The members of Dabida were very kind and warm-hearted. This made the day even more special.
Astrid Mulder
Esther Verschoor
Lydia Dekker
Kim van de Wetering
Kathleen Engelen
Marijke van Ooijen

The theme for next year will be: Transformation.
Who knows, maybe I will give it another try.

some dates for fairs to mention
hi,
Just wanted to let you know that I will attend the miniature fair at Antwerpen, 18-19 May 2013.
I will also attend a local fair at Wormerveer, with more of the "cute and shabby " items, that I show at my new blog. This fair will be held at June the first 2013.
and of course the annual international doll and bear fair at Den Bosch, held at 26-27 October 2013.
So maybe see you then?
love, Andrea
